Before reporting a camera problem

Download PlainNVR's redacted compatibility report for the affected camera when possible. Review it before attaching: it is designed to omit credentials, but you should still verify that it contains nothing private for your environment.

PlainNVR version and installation method
Host operating system, Docker version, or TrueNAS version
Camera manufacturer, model, firmware, and video/audio codecs
What you expected, what happened, and steps that reproduce it
Relevant logs with credentials, private URLs, and tokens removed
